Through the vast and millenary tales that give life to the Pokémon world's myths and legends, you will find the name of these extremely rare and impetuous species, resonating their power beyond what imagination can grasp; such are the almighty Legendary Pokémon. These unusual types of Pokémon are pretty sneaky, and only tend to appear to the naked eye of those that have proved their power and worth.
Beware, trainer; making yourself with one of these Legendary Pokémon is, by no means, an easy task. They stand out for the high value of their base stat totals, their prowess in battle and their whimsical habit of appearing in very specific places and time spans. Some of them go out of their hideaways when you are in the right biome and the clock hits the right hour; some of them, however, need to be summoned following some kind of rituals or quests.
With this in mind, this article will focus on describing the mysterious behavior of this ancient Pokémon by the Generation they belong to, giving as much information as possible about their looks, rarity, spawning locations, time spans, methods, and biomes, among other useful combat data, so you can try and search for that Legendary Pokémon that your heart seeks with such a strong desire in PokeResort.
Terminology
Before diving deep into the Legendary Pokémon knowledge, it is important to be familiar with the terminology that will be used to describe the necessary requirements that have to be met in order for them to be spawned or summoned.
Time
Spawn times in Pixelmon are based on the parts of a normal day-night cycle, dividing it by spans and period in which all Pokémon, Legendaries included, have specific time windows to spawn in. The following table organizes these spawn times/parts of a Pixelmon day-night cycle by the periods in the 24-hour (which you can check using the /time
command) and 20-minute (in real life time) measures:

Location
Spawn locations are, basically, sets of suitable base blocks and appropiate surrounding blocks where certain Pokémon species can spawn, according to their characteristics (if it's a land, air or water creature, if it likes to live in underground environments, on the seafloors or the top of the trees, and so on and so forth). The following table shows the main spawn location types, along with the base and surrounding blocks, and the need (or not) to have access to the sky (if it needs a roof or not to spawn):

Rarity
The rarity of a Pokémon is a weight value specifically assigned to that species, which is compared against others in the same spawning pool. Put simply, the rarity is a quantitative measure of how common is a Pokémon spawn within a certain group or set of Pokémon. This means that rarity does not represent a percentage; however, it can be used to calculate it based on the rarity value of a Pokémon and the rarity values of the rest the Pokémon available in the same spawning group.
For example, let's say that right before the next Legendary Pokémon spawn there are three possible spawns within the server, Cosmog, Virizion and Deoxys (and also that the amount of players meeting the requirements for each of them is equal). As you will see in the dedicated sections for each Generation, the rarities for these Legendary Pokémon are 1.0, 3.0 and 0.3 respectively. This basically means that the rarest Legendary spawn would be Deoxys, and the most common would be Virizion (the greatest the value, the more common it is). But how does this translate to percentages? To know that, a simple mathematical operation is needed:
Cosmog → 1/(1+3+0.3) = 1/4.3 ≈ 23.26%
Virizion → 3/(1+3+0.3) = 3/4.3 ≈ 69.78%
Deoxys → 0.3/(1+3+0.3) = 0.3/4.3 ≈ 6.98%
Then, in our example, the legendary timer would follow the information in the table down below:

Like stated previously, rarities are weights compared to each other by calculating the rate between the specific rarity value and the sum of all rarities within the same spawning set (and this will depend on the biome, location and time). This can be summarized in this easy to remember formula:
Chance of spawning = (R/Sr)
Where:
- R = Rarity of that Pokémon.
- Sr = Sum of rarity values of all Pokémon that are possible spawns at that biome, location and time.

Assembling:
- First of all, you will need to craft a Zygarde Cube using 4 Ultra Deep Sea Crystals (found in the Ultra Deep Sea biome of the Ultra Space dimension), 4 emeralds and one Sun Stone.
- After crafting the Zygarde Cube, you will need to collect Zygarde Cells and Zygarde Cores.
- You can find the cells and cores on grass blocks, leaves and log in any biome; they follow the
/l timer and have a 75% of spawning randomly around a player that meets the requirements (having Grass Blocks, Logs or Leaves near them and have a Zygarde Cube in their inventory). Whenever you find a cell or a core, you will just need to right-click it with the Zygarde Cube in your hand to deposit the cell/core into the cube.
- You can also purchase Zygarde Cells for 5 Battle Points and Zygarde Cores for 20 Battle Points in the Battle Tower shop.
- To manage the cells and cores contained in the Zygarde Cube,
right-click it while having it in your hand to open the corresponding menu, which will let you add or remove cells/cores.
- To assemble the natural 50%-form of Zygarde, 50 Zygarde Cells and 1 Zygarde Core have to be in the Zygarde Cube.
- Upon collecting the required materials inside the cube, now you will need to craft a Reassembly Unit using 2 Glass Panes, 1 Moon Stone, 2 Emeralds, 1 PC and 3 Ultra Deep Sea Crystals.
- Then all you need to do is place the Reassembly Unit and place the Zygarde Cube on it by
right-clicking the machine with the cube in your hand.

Evolution:
- Reach 220 or more happiness with a Type: Null.
- There are several ways to increase a Pokémon's happiness: having it outside of its Poké Ball (will make it gain happiness every 40 seconds), leveling it up, feeding it EV-reducing berries (Pomeg, Kelpsy, Qualot, Hondew, Grepa or Tamato Berries) or giving it Vitamins (HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, or Carbos). The amount of happiness gained decreases when reaching higher values (0-99, 100-199, 200-255).
- Some Poké Ball also affect the amount of happiness that a Pokémon has or can earn through these means: capturing a Pokémon with a Friend Ball will set its initial happiness to 200 instead of 0, and catching it with a Luxury Ball increases the amount of happiness earned by 1 for each method.
- If a Pokémon holds a Soothe Bell, their happiness gain will increase by 50%, rounded down; this effect stacks with the Luxury Ball one.
- You can obtain a Soothe Bell by using an Item Key in the Item Crate of the Casino (3.46% chance), as a Tier 2 loot from special drops (Ultra Ball Chest Pokéloot or using the Pickup ability), defeating Uncommon/Rare boss Pokémon or by defeating Chimecho (5%), Glameow (50%) and Purugly (50%).
- Keep in mind that letting the Pokémon faint will reduce its happiness by 1.
- Once you have reached 220 or more happiness with Type: Null, level it up once and it will evolve to Silvally.

Comparison
The base stats of Pokémon are a core and defining feature when it comes to battling, and Legendaries are no exception; information about the ones where they stand out and the ones that are their soft spots is important to plan ahead and choose your fabled companions. For better comparison and organization, you will find below a sortable table with their catch rates, weights (for Heavy Ball calculations), base stats, totals and averages for every Legendary Pokémon described thorougly in the previous section. You can sort it by Pokedex Number, Pokémon Name (alphabetical order), and the variables just mentioned.
On the other hand, keep in mind that some values might vary from those from the games, as these have been directly fetched and calculated taking the mod files into account.
